The CMS50D2 pulse oximeter is a non-invasive device for spot monitoring of arterial hemoglobin oxygen saturation (SpO 2 ) and pulse rate of adult and pediatric patients at home and in the hospital. It has an LED display that helps the user to check the results easily. The pulse oximeter can be easily clipped to the fingertip and displays both oxygen saturation and pulse rate. The oxygen saturation is in the normal range between 70 and 99 percent. In addition, the CMS50D2 pulse oximeter is equipped with an automatic shutdown function that activates after 8 seconds of inactivity. This oximeter also has a one-button control function, so operation is not a problem.
