Our return policy applies for 14 days from delivery. If it is more than 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you returned.
Some items are completely non-returnable. We do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers
* Software products to download
* Some health and personal care products
* Offer items
Refunds will not be given in certain situations (if applicable)
* Goods with obvious signs of wear
* Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Items returned after 14 days from delivery.
Self-service returns will help you with your return request. Thats how it works:
1. Log in to your account:
(1). In the Email field, enter your email address and then click Next.
(2). In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
(3). Go back to the online store and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click on the order you want to submit a return for.
3. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you would like to return.
4. Choose a return reason and add a note to the shop.
5. Click Request a Return.
If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Without this we cannot process your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will automatically be credited.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
The refund money will be returned to the debited account within 14 business days of receiving the return.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account.

Exchange (if applicable)
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email to info@europapa.com and send the item to: Europapa Handels GmbH, Am Bahndamm 5, Nettetal, 41334, Germany. The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.
